South Coast Martial Arts and It's partners have many conveniently scheduled classes throughout the day. Check out our schedules and class information to find a program that best fits you. If you need more flexible hours or personal training, go ahead and call us and one of our staff members will be glad to answer your questions, or customize a program for you!
 
But if you just want to to add strength to your punch and define your muscles our gym is available for use throughout the day and evening. You can arrange your work, school, family, partybets, book club and everything else just as you wish to. The gym is yours whenever it suits you. No excuses to miss that workout! We feature a variety of exercise equipment that will work you from head to toe, including cable machines, free weights, treadmills, life rower and life cycles. Personal weight training and special prices on weight room only memberships are also available. Kickboxing Classes (Teen & Adult)

Nothing beats our Kickboxing classes for relieving stress, keeping your mind focused and your body fit. Our classes will firm and tone all of your muscles including a dynamic, stomach flattening ab and thigh routine. At every class you'll learn new moves, develop strength, confidence and agility with a non-stop mix of the best boxing and kickboxing moves. MMA Classes (Teen & Adult)

The Orange County mixed martial arts scene has a new face in town. Headed by brothers Gabriel and Joey Hinojoza and held at South Coast Kickboxing in Costa Mesa, Bring the Pain MMA is a low-cost program offered through the Walking Tall Foundation (an organization dedicated to providing affordable martial arts training for youth)  MMA is one of the fastest growing sport phenomena in the World. Kenpo Karate Classes (Kids)

Kenpo Karate teaches to utilize the natural weapons of the body to produce devastating techniques to counter "real world" dangers. Our Kenpo program is specially geared towards child development and has many benefits for children such as increased strength, coordination, attention spans, and confidence. It provides a basis for the physical and mental skills necessary for survival at home, school, and everything in-between.

Wushu & Weapons Classes (All ages)

Wushu is the general term for martial arts originating from China (popularly referred to as Kungfu) Our program specializes in both Traditional & Modern Styles including Shaolin Boxing, Long fist, Southern fist, Animal Imitation styles and Classical Weapons Play. The specialized training methods and exercises found in Wushu are a perfect aid for both the experienced and novice practitioner.

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (All ages)

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is one of the most respected martial arts of today. Created in the early 1900's and refined through Mixed Martial Arts Competitions, BJJ is fast becoming one of the most important parts of serious fighters training. Our School's BJJ program is run by 7th Degree Black Belt, Professor Joe Moreira and his head Instructors. Joe is a renowned teacher that has produced some of the best athletes in freestyle competition. Class schedules

Action on Film/ Stunts Class (Teen & Adult)

Martial Arts Champion and Actor DY Sao hosts a specialized training class for actors and martial artists alike who seek to further skills for stage and film productions. Classes meet Saturdays at noon, covering reactions, fight choreography, falls, weapon combat etc. Check out this video to see what the class is out!
